Whether you’re starting with strong classical foundations, exploring expressive movement, or pursuing Dance Studies as a school subject, our classes are designed to guide dancers at every stage.
Ballet (Cecchetti Method)
Structured classical ballet training from Prelevels to Advanced 2 and vocational levels. Focused on developing strong technique, musicality, and disciplined artistry.- Our ballet programme follows the internationally recognised Cecchetti Method, combining classical syllabus work with repertoire training. Students participate in examinations and studio productions, with opportunities to progress into competition and high-performance pathways as they advance.
Modern / Contemporary (AIDT)
Dynamic training in Modern, Jazz, Lyrical, and Contemporary dance from Prelevels to Advanced. Designed to build strength, flexibility, and expressive performance quality.- Aligned with AIDT standards, this programme develops technical grounding alongside creative exploration and musical interpretation. Students participate in examinations and productions, with pathways available for competition and further performance development.

HYPE – High Performance Education (Ballet only)
HYPE is our advanced ballet programme designed for dancers aged 11 and older who wish to refine technique, elevate artistry, and prepare for professional or pre-professional opportunities. Dancers in HYPE attend additional weekly classes focusing on strength and conditioning, technical refinement, stage presence, audition preparation, and artistic development.
This programme also develops discipline, confidence, and performance readiness, giving serious dancers the tools to excel in competitions, exams, and studio productions.

Recreational Programme
Our recreational pathway is designed for dancers who wish to enjoy structured training while developing strong technique and confidence.
Two ballet classes per week
Examinations are compulsory
Eisteddfods are recommended
Studio productions are compulsory

HYPE – High Performance Education
HYPE is designed for serious, committed dancers aged 11 and older who aim to achieve a high technical and artistic standard.
Four to five ballet classes per week plus a dedicated HYPE session
Examinations are compulsory
Eisteddfods are strongly recommended
Studio productions are compulsory
Includes stretch and strengthen training, artistry, stage etiquette, and audition preparation
Important Note: Participation in HYPE does not automatically guarantee selection for the Competition Team. Additional fees apply, and full commitment is required throughout the year.

Teachers Training Programme (TTP)
The Teachers Training Programme is designed for aspiring dance educators who wish to pursue professional teaching qualifications and licentiate-level development.
This programme provides structured mentorship and guidance in pedagogy, technique, and professional practice. Applicants must be 18 years or older and have completed their Senior Certificate (Matric). Please contact us directly for further information regarding enrolment and requirements.
COMPETITION TRAINING
Performance Experience
Dancers gain regular performance experience, developing confidence, stage awareness, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Artistic Growth
Dancers build versatility, expression, and a deeper understanding of movement through varied choreography and performances.
Teamwork & Resilience
Dancers learn to work collaboratively, support one another, and develop resilience through shared goals and challenges.
Competition Team Expectations
Participation in the Competition Team requires support from both dancers and their families.
Expectations
Attendance of all technical classes in the enrolled dance styles.
Students must demonstrate discipline, professionalism, and strong work ethic.
External sports or activities may affect eligibility — dance must remain the top priority.

Parent Information
Rehearsals may take place after hours, on weekends, or during school holidays.
Clear communication is provided well in advance to plan for all events.

Ballet:
- Ladies: Any leotard (skirts only for adults/seniors), footed ballet stockings, canvas ballet shoes, hair in a bun (prelevels may use a ponytail)
- Gents: Ballet leotard with tights or ski-pants, canvas ballet shoes
- Winter: Leg warmers and ballet cross-over or studio long sleeve shirt
Modern/Contemporary:
- Leotard and skipants for all students
- Knee pads and footwear optional for senior levels
- Winter: Long skipants, leg warmers, and long sleeve dance/studio shirt
All items are available via the Karri app for convenience.
Are there additional costs beyond class fees?
Some programmes involve extra expenses, such as competition fees, costumes, travel, or accommodation. All costs are communicated well in advance so families can plan accordingly.
